  I was driving, so without looking down, I feel around in the bag for my croissant, grab it and take a bite. It tastes kind of funny, but I think I must be finally catching the cold my husband has been fighting and it must be making my sense of smell and taste a little off. Another couple bites in, the taste and smell is to weird and too strong. I look at the bread in my hand and am disgusted and angry. It's black and shiny. Gross. That means 1)that it hasn't been toasted, it was thrown on a grill. 2)it was on that grill long enough to burn, which means it was there long before I ordered 3)they must not be checking the food before they send it out, or if they are, they should be slapped. Um, I mean written up.

  Atleast 5-6 times a week, maybe more. I order a large Iced Coffee with no beverage base (syrop) cause i cant have sugar. 3-4 times a week they put the beverage base (syrop) in the iced coffee. I wish they could get the order right all the time. I really dislike having to go back to get the order fixed.

  I would have called to complain or brought the croissant back that day, but like I said.... I was busy. Stupid busy. Now that I finally have time, it has been 2 or 3 days. They wouldn't remember me or my order and I'd look like someone trying to get something for free if I called now. I live Timmie's and generally have no issues at the other locations (except North Walmart location needs to properly clean sugar machine because it does not dispense correctly).

  Either everytime I show up in the morning the breakfast items are either out of specific things or can't make a sausage biscuit because they have no more sausage at 10am, multiple times my girlfriend has received a bagel with just a wad of cream cheese in the middle. Coffee isn't stirred enough I always have to use my own spoon and stir it again, and I have to repeat myself when ordering, I once ordered a simply sausage biscuit and the guy on the intercom fought with me that a simply sausage biscuit doesn't exist and then went on to tell me that they are out of eggs so they cant make me a simply sausage biscuit which doesn't even come with egg, so they must not be teaching employees how to do their job then.

  This is not the first time there has been a problem with my order at this location. It's only when I order to go.... Whether it's inside ordering or out, it has only been my to go orders. I don't know of too much pressure is put on them about thier times, or if management does not care about quality control.

  Drive thru in the morning is quick but the quality of food/care and attention put into making the food is subpar. The wraps/sandwiches are usually sloppy in how they're put together. Lacking sauce. The steak I've had is always dry and old. They rarely have the donuts or muffins i request. I go here for coffee/hot chocolate/tea in the morning and that's it. That's all they are good for. I have also witnessed staff on staff bullying which was horrible and sad to see. New staff being picked on by old staff. Shame.

  I love their coffee... It's the best. I don't eat donuts but I imagine they're good. I wish they had a better food menu. I was very happy to see that they grill their wraps now. They were pretty good. I really like the chili and whole wheat buns. Very happy they added salads to their menu. There are a few things on their menu I like but would like to see more healthy sugar free options. Smoothies don't need sugar added. They don't have very many bran muffin or whole grain items. Overall I'm.always happy to see a Timmys... love their coffee!!

  I went through the drive through a few days ago (that's what you do when you're in a time crunch) and ordered a coffee and a croissant, toasted with butter. They handed me the coffee and bread so quick I could hardly get my money out if one hand, into the other or pay much attention to the weird smell I assumed was coming from inside the restaurant. I felt very rushed as if they just wanted me to hurry up and get out of the way. I pull forward just enough for the next cat to pull up to the window and quickly out my change away.
