    Only person in waiting room is my son.....48 min to take in for X-ray.. while I watched her talk and the phone ???

    Mother was victim of neglect and abuse at Coaldale. Son intervened and Coaldale attempted to take mother from son. He moved mother to another faculty. Receiving center stated it was worst case of institutional abuse they had witnessed. Coaldale staff and AHS perjured and falsified records to cover.
